These terms apply to enquiries, quotes and orders for CNOX furniture placed through this website, by email or by phone. Prices shown on the website are indicative and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Every piece is confirmed by a written quote stating the product, finish, dimensions, price, delivery cost and lead time. An order is binding once you accept the quote in writing and the deposit is received.
Pieces are produced after the order is confirmed. Lead times are given in the quote and are estimates; we will tell you promptly if a date changes.
Unless agreed otherwise, a 50% deposit starts production and the balance is due before delivery. Payment is by bank transfer against invoice.
Delivery cost and method are set in the quote. Please check the piece on arrival and note any transport damage on the courier’s document, then email us photos within 48 hours.
CNOX uses raw, unpolished stainless steel. Laser marks, texture and tonal variation are part of the material and the production process, not defects.
Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds policy. Custom pieces made to your specifications cannot be returned, as allowed by Romanian consumer law (OUG 34/2014).
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers may also use the ANPC platform or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
