If you are a consumer and bought a standard catalogue piece at a distance, you can withdraw within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us in writing and return the piece unused and in its original packaging within 14 days.
Pieces made to your dimensions, finish or specifications are produced only for you and cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or differ from the agreed quote.
If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the quote, email photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair, replace or refund it at our cost.
Approved refunds, including the standard delivery cost, are paid within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, to the original payment method. We may wait until we receive the piece back. Return shipping is paid by you unless the piece is faulty.
