Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner, then dry thoroughly. Clean in the direction of the steel grain.
Scouring pads, steel wool, bleach, chlorine, acidic or aggressive chemical cleaners. Do not leave wet items, salt or acidic food on the surface.
Scratches and subtle marks appear with use. They are not defects; they reflect the authenticity of raw steel and soften into a natural patina over time.
A few drops of neutral oil on a dry cloth reduce fingerprints on reflective surfaces. Buff off any excess.
Where a piece combines steel with marble or timber, use a cleaner suited to that material and keep it off the steel.
